IDIL offers scholarships to international students accepted into one of the IDIL masters. This scholarship provides partial financial assistance and does not cover the full costs required for your stay in France. Students should plan to have additional funds for living expenses and any unforeseen costs.
IDIL scholarships are awarded as follows:
-Upon Arrival: IDIL provides €600 after validation of your file (you will receive a list of required documents). This validation generally takes place between September and October.
IDIL does not cover airfare or international transportation costs.
This financial aid of 600€ is only available for the first year of the Master's program and is intended to help ease your initial settlement in France. It will not be available in the second year.
-Monthly Scholarship: between September and December, attendance at classes allows you to receive a “study grant” of €600 per month, applicable to both the first and second years. These grants are paid retroactively (for example, you'll receive the October grant in November), provided your administrative file was validated upon arrival.
Note: The IDIL scholarship covers only the first semester of Master's Year 1 and the first semester of Master's Year 2. The second semester includes a paid internship with a stipend of around €600 per month.
